Rent this family friendly cottage and enjoy the beautiful Guadalupe River headwater!

Each bedroom has two queen beds (sleeps 8 max).  The cottage boasts an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room for you and your guests to enjoy.  The property is nearly an acre and has corn hole, washers, horseshoes, a picnic table, and a fire pit.

Enjoy the gated neighborhood access to the Guadalupe River headwater.  The waterfront access is within walking distance from the cottage.  But, vehicles are also permitted inside the gate.  A key to to the waterfront will be provided for you during your stay.  Play on the floating dock, take a ride in the 'Guad is Good' canoe, fish, swim, and enjoy!
